Q: How can I get a list of vendors to source product from?

ASD has launched a Virtual Product Sourcing platform that allows buyers and vendors the opportunity to connect, discover and conduct business. Buyers can source new products, refill orders and schedule appointments all through the online platform. This new virtual platform enables vendors to showcase their full product line in a searchable, easy to navigate directory.  

Q: Will my registration roll over to the February 28 - March 3, 2021 ASD event or will I have to re-register for my badge?

Given that some of you are seasonal buyers, we will be sending out communication asking to verify whether or not you would like us to roll over your registration from the August 2020 event to the March 2021 event.

Q: Should I cancel my flight, rental car or other transportation services?
Many airlines are offering waived change fees at this time. We recommend changing your flights and any other transportation services to align with the February 28 – March 3, 2021 show dates as soon as possible.
Q: How do I rebook my hotel?

All hotel rooms booked through ASD Market Week’s official hotel partner, OnPeak, will be cancelled automatically.  To reinstate a reservation, please call the hotel directly. If you booked a hotel reservation outside of our block, you will need to cancel/transfer your reservation on your own.
