What is the cost?
All these features are included in your booth price as the Essentials Package. For even more visibility, you can upgrade by adding on the Amplify Package. Just ask your account executive for details.
How long does setup take if I have a large catalog? Is it worth it?
Setup is quick and easy. Our onboarding wizard offers three options: Shopify integration, CSV upload, or assistance from our onboarding team. It’s easy and worth it.
What if I only want to list my products, not sell through the directory?
Selling is optional. You can list your products without enabling checkout, and they are all managed directly in your dashboard.
What kind of buyers will see my products?
The online directory launches a few months before the August 2026 show, giving ASD attendees access to your profile and products. This gives your brand and products visibility online, all year round.
What is the sign-up process like?
Once your booth contract is complete, you’ll receive an email with onboarding instructions. Add your company details and products, save as you go, and launch your profile when you’re ready.
What type of data will be available in the mobile app?
Your profile will include your company description, images, booth number, products, categories, specials, brand values, and more.
Do I need to buy a device for lead capture?
Nope! Badge scanning is built into the mobile app and included with your booth package. Once you download the app onto your mobile device and register your account, you can start scanning badges and collecting leads at the event.
