Delta 7-8-9-10 Ban at LVCC

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL D7-D8-D10 VENDORS:

As some of you may already be aware, over the past few years the political landscape regarding Delta-7, Delta-8, and Delta-10 has been shifting in certain areas of the country.

On Friday, July 16th, we were notified by the LVCVA that, as a result of the passage of SB49 in the State of Nevada, no company will be permitted to display, sell, distribute, or promote Delta-7, Delta-8, Delta-10 or any other structural, optical, or geometric isomers of Delta-9 anywhere on the Las Vegas Convention Center grounds.  This announcement amends the LVCVA’s preexisting policy banning the display, sale, distribution or promotion of Delta-9 on the Las Vegas Convention Center grounds.

We understand this is disappointing however, we are required to abide by the decision made from the state and the LVCVA. To Read SB49 In Its Entirety – CLICK HERE.

We ask that you make absolutely sure that all displays you have including logos, merchandise, or any other visual imagery do not promote Delta-7, Delta-8, or Delta-10 products as you will be fined and then removed from the show. We encourage you to showcase any other products that your company may offer in order to comply with Nevada state law.
